it is not correct, that joomla reports that only my extensions has this problem. On my site I'm seeing this for two different extensions as well. 
I already checked accesses to my update server - I saw about 3500(!) successful requests - where would you look for the problem? On the server? or on the client (requestor)? I cannot help with this!
