Hi,
I am testing your joomla module jsweather in a virtual environment and the module works as expected when the city name is one word, eg: York.
If I enter a two word city name, eg:  New York a Curl-error message appears on the web page. I have tried many different city names but only one word names are working.
Test environment is a ubuntu server running 22.04
PHP Version     8.1.2-1ubuntu2.14
Web Server     Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu)
WebServer to PHP Interface     fpm-fcgi
Joomla! Version     Joomla! 4.4.0 Stable [ Pamoja ] 17-October-2023 16:00 GMT
User Agent     Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0
Curl version: curl 7.81.0

For your information I had the module working with two word city names when on a Ubuntu 18.04 bionic virtual machine.
